Was seen today, I expressed my concerns with a really bad ear infection and breathing difficulties. I informed them I also had asthma and was wheezing. I paid 130 to be seen for 2 minutes and to be told I had bronchitis and that my ear was just red. No further testing was done simply because I was self pay. I have been sick for 3 weeks and they prescribed me an antibiotic which was sent to a whole other pharmacy in a different town!! Have been waiting with my three-month old for almost two hours. Just asked how much longer and was told they are at lunch until 2 (another 30 minutes). This would have been good information to give when I checked in at 11:50. Three other people have left. Will not use this location again, but don’t want to start over somewhere else today and risk losing even more time. The providers definitely need their lunch, but better communication could go a long way.
