If it wasn't for Dr. Beaty being a great surgeon we would be gone by now. 1. Following surgery, my son had staples placed. When it was time for staple removal, an individual entered his room without introducing themselves or explaining the procedure. No respect for patient's time. Never on time, if they show up... I'm burned with VA using Shannon in any capacity. Would not mind if it were all shut down and I had to drive to Dallas.
