Receptionist was very rude when I checked in she had an attitude like I was interrupting her on something important when she was just scrolling through her phone……Doctor was great though he was very respectful and direct about my issue.
If it wasn't for Dr. Beaty being a great surgeon we would be gone by now. 1. Following surgery, my son had staples placed. When it was time for staple removal, an individual entered his room without introducing themselves or explaining the procedure.
