Lied SEVERELY on what happened and what I said. I told them many times I had no clue what they were saying. They were dismissing me and I told them I couldn’t take that so I left. They said that I cussed and was abrasive towards staff.(not true at all) Diagnosed me with something that my labs state otherwise. Lied to call the cops on me since I left.

So I called Shannon South (Knickerbocker) because they left my wife a message about her upcoming MRI visit concerning the out of pocket cost. Since she's under my insurance, I decided to return the call. But they told me that my wife would have to call them to let them know it was ok for me to call inquiring about her appointment.
