Very unprofessional went there to see if I could be seen for a bad headache. They were like if u don't have a Dr here u can't be seen. Thought I would try them because they are not far from my place.
I went for a follow up with Dustin Fentress PA-C, he was very judgemental towards me & treated me disrespectful! He got agitated when I asked him to fill out my paperwork for disability & asked why I was filing for it cause the breaking of my fibula & tibia & a rod with 4 screws was placed in my leg was only temporary & I could not file disability on that ! I told him I was also diagnosed with diabetes 2, high blood pressure, high cholesterol & hypertension...He said for me to get my primary doctor to fill it out. That was o... read more
The mix matchers( scedulers) Oneida and Rosie were condescending to me. They discriminated against me and told me I should try a bigger city like Austin. I left a msg with their supervisor Joshua Butts and he never called me back.
Never had a positive experience with their staff, they always pick up the phone with an attitude. Dr. Forlano isn't any better. Why is it my problem they chose a job that involves people's needs
My dr had relocated here about 2yrs ago because shannon took over. He had been my dr for 30yrs, and sadly is now retiring. His staff has followed him also for years who are all great people. Unfortunately the desk staff can not even come close to the quality of care the staff has provided over the decades. I have been a patient before most of these young ladies were born.
