Second visit at the UW and everything went well. From parking to all the staff that directs you to the correct area. I was pleasantly surprised how everything went so easy.
We had a virtual visit for only a follow up on an ultrasound for my son in which I had to drive across state line to do the visit and take time off work. I was not told that my 4 month old needed to be present for this appointment, and therefore they couldn't continue with the appointment. They however couldn't have done the appointment because they did not make sure the ultrasound findings were sent to them from the hospital it was preformed at. I feel this appointment was not only a waste of my time, but also the doctors. ... read more
