Called to see if any one or two bedrooms were available. The female who answered was bland, dull and boring. The attitude matched her tone aswell,(bland, dull, boring and VERY rude!) and when I asked if anything would be available later on down the road she got an attitude and said “we don’t have anything Available and I don’t know when” very rudely.. she’s an Old bitter miserable lady. Literally just called to get information and the phone was answered as if it was a personal phone. I had to ask them if they were shannon bend and when I asked if they had any two bedrooms the answer was a flat no I don't! Followed with pure silence, find someone who has better customer service and a drive for your business!
