This place is horrible I was sexually assaulted and all the staff said that I put it that away and in my own words I didn't say that a girl sexually assaulted me I said it differently and all the staff was disrespectful and rude it's horrible do not recommend for kids im never going back to that place
No patient autonomy. Had a concussion they refused to look at and billed me $35k on an involuntary admission. Changed meds I had started just weeks earlier saying "things must be getting worse" when I had a triggering event regarding my ex husband and the safety of my kids. They prescribed a medication that I reported made my brain feel like it's burning and yet still continued to administer it. Yes, I was a threat to my own safety. I am glad I was taken in. I was a patient here for a week earlier this year, and my stay was wonderful. The nurses were attentive, and understanding, and Dr. Bankes listened to me without judgement. She really helped me to get on a better path in my life and to get my meds all straightened out! The social workers are amazing and helped connect me to resources and free counseling once I left!
