What can I say about this initial visit? Everything. The smiling faces when I entered, the kindness and fun atmosphere of the nurses, and Shannon, well, she took her time, listened to what I had to say, explained things to me and did not rush it at all! Everything from A1C to parking! I felt HEARD and I look forward to the plan she created to get my health back on track. You have a new regular Shannon! Thank you again.
