Shannon Appraisals was hired by my bank to do the appraisal on my home. My home was in the middle of a remodel and John was very good about coordinating with my friend and I via email about the appointment. I did have a problem though in that I pointed out the counter tops would not be installed by his appointment and asked if it would be better for him to come later at the end of the remodel.
