(Update in response: My stylist at this salon told me she used three different toner formulas for the color. I have medium length, very fine hair, and have never had a stylist need to use extra toner to cover the density of my hair, she specifically told me she used three different toner formulas after it was done, without letting me know, and without telling me about the extra charges for each one.
