Ms. Shannon got right to the point.
Shannin - did not show any empathy nor demonstrated that she cared about my concern. No bedside manners at all. I had the appointment with her because she was the only one available, and now I know why. Everyone else that I have interacted with in that office has been wonderful. She should strive to do better. Next time I will wait for Leslie or Dr Forren.
