A year ago at my first visit Shannin was excellent and attentive, answering questions and making suggestions. This year was the exact opposite. She spent most of the <10 min visit entering data on her laptop. I asked about GLP-1 microdosing and was dismissed with a ‘we don’t do that’ comment. I asked for a script for bloodwork to Question. She left the room and didn’t return.
Virtual visit. Was difficult to see eye. Told to use warm compresses.
Great experience for a new patient. She was nice, professional and curtious.
I scheduled a yearly with my primary doctor and was instead seen by Shannin. I was caught off guard with the change and was not a fan of her bedside manner. I am in search of a new physician and will not be going back to them. I do not recommend this practice.
All went smoothly. Shannon answered all of my questions and responded quickly after blood tests results became available.
