I am so happy I stumbled across Shannan's Kitchen! Her meals are delicious. She has options that fit my restricted eating, and I love that I don't even have to worry about what is in the sauces. She wasn't bothered by all the questions I had upfront as I have to be so careful with what I eat. She is so friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend trying a few meals...you won't regret it!
Delicious meatloaf and mashed cauliflower!! Decent portion sizes as well!!
