Had an appointment with Dr. Shannah and she is the best. She is super friendly, actually listens, and explains stuff in a way that doesnt make your brain hurt. She gave me awesome tips to help my health and didnt rush me once. Honestly she makes going to the doctor way less scary. She definitely did not get overwhelmed due to my several health conditions. Optum should be proud to have this doctor at shorelin location. 10/10 would recommend
