I am appalledby this practice. First when I started seeing Molina every time I left the office I would ask if I owed anything, as I like to stay on top of medical bills. Every single time I was told "No, you're all good!". I assumed my insurance was covering it since I never received a single bill in the mail. Not sure who answers the phone here but when it says you take new patients and I was a former patient looking to return, I expect a little more help. I asked if Dr Molina accepts former patients and all I received was a “no.” The lady answering is very curt and rude. I explained my insurance had changed back to one Dr Molina accepts and she said sorry, no former patients. How unhelpful is that? Please update your website to say you don’t accept any new/former patients.

Dr. Molina has been instrumental in my recovery from crippling mental illness. While I’m still working on it, she has never wavered in her support of my goals. She does what she says she’s going to do, as does Michelle, her office manager. If you can get in, do it!

Dr. Molina, now that I know you are reading this here is why I left a single star: I am new to OKC and moved from Dallas. I was looking for a new practice. I called about a dozen of them and your practice was one. The reason I called so many because they either only treated woman, or didn't accepted new patient or they were far from where I was. However, none had been rude and unprofessional on the phone except yours. I don't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone that day but the name of the practice stuck on ... read more
