Terrible at communication. She told me to be in at 4PM on Monday 10/20. I arrive (25 minutes away from my home driving) at 3:55. I call to find the exact location, she tells me she had left early for whatever reason. No call, no text to me prior, I just had to eat dat smh. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
best braids and customer service i’ve gotten so far, she took me in as a walk in, they were so friendly i felt like i was talking to family members, and prioritized my time and we’re extremely speedy, i would recommend them to anyone 10/10 thanks !
I was very impressed with the work by this hair salon. I called early this morning and within an hour they were able to give me a walk-in appointment. The owners daughter did an excellent job of doing box braids. I feel I got my money's worth. Thank you I will definitely schedule again.
