Their contractor ran a stop signs and screamed out the window when he didn't have right way. Shameful to see this done in the company van.

First thing, their customer service guy James shouts back if you call back to complain about plumber not being communicative. After finishing the job they say "We don't do small jobs and mostly do only renovations". I am a landlord and sent them over to my tenant. The problem was with a toilet flush refilling was very slow. They outsourced work to their technician Yusuf, who avoided communicating, did not provide a quote and just completed the work and just asked for a big amount at the end. Plumber was sent promptly when I needed a repair done on a toilet. However, the full repair was not possible since they did not have a part that was needed (the gasket for my toilet) I understand every model is different and some might require different parts, but I wish i was informed of this possibility during consultation. The phone consultation felt like it was an easy fix and they'll take care of it. If I was informed during consultation, I would've purchased the part myself before the plumber arrived.
