Today was the second time in one year that I had someone from Shanks in my home. Both times were fast, efficient and of above par service. No wasting time or money. The most recent man that was here I can only say was "beyond the call of duty ". He was the kindest most helpful service provider I have ever had in my home! Shanks in general just has the best reputation in the city for decades. Don't hesitate! They got you!
Shanks came out to my house quickly on the weekend. The issue was diagnosed and resolved within an hour. I found the plumber (Mark) to be friendly & knowledgeable. After resolving the issue, he performed a thorough inspection to determine whether there were any potential concerns elsewhere and gave me solid advice on a couple of preventative measures. We will use Shanks again, and will recommend them to friends & neighbours should they ever need a plumber. Thank you Shanks and thank you Mark
