Had my truck there last year. Dude couldnt even bleed the air on my diesel. After almost a month of being lied too and excuses galore as why he had no time, I decided to have my vehicle towed to another shop not even put back together. Other shop had for 1 week due to backlog, bled the air, and put back together and sent me on my way. Dude is a hack.
Truly amazing work! Jeff went above and beyond in getting my trucks back on the road 👍🏽
Don't recommend going here. Had my truck for 3weeks didn't spend any time trying to diagnose the problem. Everytime I called he had an excuse why he couldn't look at it or would check it out the following day, and never did any work. If you need a real mechanic I would look elsewhere.
Jeff was absolutely phenomenal. Communication was great and both the drop off and pick up process were a breeze. He kept me updated on everything and only worked on what was absolutely necessary. Cost was completely reasonable and since then we have communicated about future tuning and other modifications and repairs. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Shanks Automotive to anyone.
