The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE to my girlfriend multiple different times while she was just trying to get her things out of her totaled out truck because of personal reasons between his friends and her. Very unprofessional. I am out of town for work or I would have been there with her and I am sure his attitude would have been different.
Awful experience, it took the guy 2 hours to get to my husband when they were just 15 minutes away. My husband was stock in the snow obstructing a main road and a home entrance with a 53' trailer (the man of that home needed to take his wife to a Dr's appointment). Someone with a flatbed came to rescue someone else and since he couldn't pass by he helped my husband for free.
