Awful experience, it took the guy 2 hours to get to my husband when they were just 15 minutes away. My husband was stock in the snow obstructing a main road and a home entrance with a 53' trailer (the man of that home needed to take his wife to a Dr's appointment). Someone with a flatbed came to rescue someone else and since he couldn't pass by he helped my husband for free. The person from Shank's ATS came with a bad and discriminating attitude towards my husband who was just trying to do his job. And also just because he w... read more
I called them to get a truck hauled from Waterloo Illinois an hour an half to my house. They’re good ppl and a great local business. The price was definitely reasonable and my truck made it home in the same condition I left it. If you need a tow they’re the guys to call.
