I recommend Shankle's for heatin and cooling issues; as well as the maintenance program. Steve was out today and did a thorough and professional job in getting my air conditioning going again. He took the time (as did Austin) to explain each part and what they do. While waiting on the part, Austin offered to come out and put in some window units but I declined and made it just fine. Jacob and Eric are my guys! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They explain things as they go and never leave a mess. I highly recommend Shankle's and my father is the one who recommended the company to me and if he gives a recommendation, you know they're on point.
Steve was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to fix the problem with a simple and inexpensive solution. Company had a discount on their yearly maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.
