Extremely dissatisfied with this company. My contractor recommended them and my initial experience was nice, the sales rep was happy to show me options in the showroom. Paid my deposit, install was 4-6 weeks out, they were up front with the timeline. A week prior to install they came out to ensure site was prepped, great. Install Oct 16, I was not present.
