Extremely dissatisfied with this company. My contractor recommended them and my initial experience was nice, the sales rep was happy to show me options in the showroom. Paid my deposit, install was 4-6 weeks out, they were up front with the timeline. A week prior to install they came out to ensure site was prepped, great. Install Oct 16, I was not present. I had a garage door opener with battery backup installed by Shank Door in Myerstown.The sales representative Phil, was super understanding and very helpful, and the installer, Nolan Burkholder arrived the next day. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and even helped set up everything in an app. He was really terrific! I highly recommend Shank Door for their excellent customer service.
Competitive pricing, quality product, timely and professional installation. Work was done in a timely manner and work area was kept clean/tidy. Our technician Ryan H. Was polite and informative with any questions we had. His workmanship was very excellent. In the end we are very happy with our new garage doors and wish we would of done it sooner.
