didn't have a good experience. Feel dismissed and rushed and my chart messages afterwards are the same tone and robotic, feel like a number and not a patient.
Not a fan. She messes up my scripts terribly. Appointments feel rushed and her bedside manner needs some manners.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. From the beginning, I encountered issues with the front desk staff, who seemed unhelpful and disorganized. They canceled my appointment without notice twice. When I requested another appointment, they informed me that the earliest available slot was a month away. Shanie is an excellent provider who cares about her patients. She is a good listener and explains her care plan in a way that her patients understand. I always felt like I was in good hands under her care and appreciate her bedside manner. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.
