I booked an appointment for today 7/2 @ 2;30 on Monday 6/30. I paid my deposit and received a text shortly after that my appointment was “good to go”. Only to find out when I arrived today that it was cancelled cause I didn’t respond to a text “confirming” that I was still coming TWO HOURS BEFORE MY APPT (that text was sent to my spam). Yall have waaaayyyyyy too many rules!!!!
