First things first EVELYN NGUYEN God bless you and your team for fantastic service very well done nothing was a problem we have just returned from a 5 night stay and will most definitely be back our trip was fantastic our room was very nice the view was fantastic highly recommended we did stay in room 44 yes this room was pretty far away from the lift but didn't affect us this room was big in size and very quiet if your looking for this kind of trip the view was ok but not the best we then moved to room 36 this room was ... read more

Une honte ! Les chambres vues sur mer donnent au-dessus d’un restaurant boîte de nuit dont la musique est plus que forte et empêché de dormir !!!!

El mejor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida. Partamos por la atención, si eres latino o chileno eso es muy importante para nosotros. Es muy amable la atención, la comida es maravillosa, el desayuno es a otro nivel. Soy Productor de Televisión y hace un años nos alojamos ahí para el programa “Socios por el mundo 3” que lo pueden encontrar en YouTube y el paso por Cairns fue mucho mejor gracias a ustedes

This 4 day experience at the Shangri-La was super. First class facilities, very friendly staff, good food and very central. Totally, Totally relaxing break.
