I sent this message a week ago, after my mothers birthday dinner, and have gotten no reply!!. This was my message: "I love Shangri La and birthday dinner was fine, ... But I have to lodge a complaint. Our waitress did not even OFFER desert. AT BIRTHDAY DINNER!! When I told her we wanted desert, she said there was a large party in the other building, so there was no desert for us. REALLY???? I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 10. I can’t express enough how incredible of a place Shangri-La Springs is along with everyone there! The people match the beauty of the gardens and vise versa—this place just exudes such positive, beautiful, peaceful, happy vibes.
