Normally, I am very pleased with the service at Shangri La Nails & Spa. Today was a disappointment. I called and made an appointment for myself and a girlfriend with specific requests regarding timing so we could attend together. Today, I arrived and the spa was under renovations and I had not recieved any type of notice. I called and spoke with an employee on March 20th to secure our appointment.
