This place sucks!!! I've lived here since 2010. Can't keep managers. No one cares! Ghetto!! My husband tried. He was manager here for a year. Corporate felt it necessary to side with horrible residents that continue to bully my family and their surrounding neighbors. When you cry loud enough corporate bends rules. They don't back the management. We've had managers that got death threats. My family has been bullied and lied about to corporate. Avoid this place. No management, ghetto kids rule the place. People hide in their houses. Houses damaged by kids and nothing gets done about them. Our house damaged multiple times. A prisoner here.
Omg.....no words can describe how much I hate this place.....seriously. I would leave tonight if I could and never look back. Anyone moving into this place is making a big mistake. I wish someone had told us before we moved here.
We bought our mobile home and fully regret it. The kids run this place. There are two families here that are the biggest problem. It is like they run the place with their handful of not watched kids. The curfew for the kids is a joke, that's when the kids really get started. cars and houses have been hit multiple times by the kids. One of the them takes his dog everywhere including our yard to poop and never picks it up. Their little girls running talking about sexual favors towards the other kids.
