Very nice staff , i went here for momofoku ramen
Came on a solo date, and their gluten free and vegan afternoon tea was absolutely delicious! My server Maia was also lovely. I love the shangi-la's incorporation of birds of paradise in their decor, along with the piano playing. Highly recommend.

問了Germini 他說在多倫多，這一間下午茶是最好的。 於是在這裏我們一行4人訂了兩位下午茶。4個人分，剛剛好。 不過這裏的服務真是非常一般，服務員基本上太忙碌，沒有怎樣理會我們。每一個人只能點一種茶，我覺得在下午茶收這樣的價錢實在有點不夠慷慨。 甜點也說可以，鹹點比較好。 整個環境我覺得與香港的香格里拉到酒店相比實屬一般。他的梳化和椅子也非常舊進度大堂在一個玻璃箱，放兩件衣服，實屬奇怪。。
Excellent mature atmosphere, amazing staff, and the decor is top notch. I went back several times during my week in Toronto. Check the website to see if they have special food events. I did the "petals & pour"; tea service with a sweet & savory tasting menu. It was very nice. Our server Helena was fabulous! Try the truffle fries too; best I've had hands down
