I've been coming to Shangri-La Lobby Lounge for years, and it has become one of my favorite places in the city. I've celebrated countless birthdays here, held important meetings, and spent time with friends and family, and the experience has always been exceptional. What stands out most is the atmosphere. Delicious every single time I come here. Fantastic and kind service, and ambience is wonderful. Luxurious and beautiful. Live piano player during certain times. Beautiful decor. Lovely presentation and plating.

Came on a solo date, and their gluten free and vegan afternoon tea was absolutely delicious! My server Maia was also lovely. I also love the shangri-la's incorporation of birds of paradise in their decor, along with the piano playing. Highly recommend.
