Horrible experience. Quality of food it's not worth what they charge. We ordered to go, over $40.00 worth of food and we got ripped off. When I got there there to pick up our food, the worker started handing me my food then picked up the phone to take another order, instead of asking them to hold, I was left standing there for over five minutes. Then while she was on the phone I asked another employee to get me some yum sauce,after she finally got off the phone she tried to charge me for the sauce, which I don't get charged ... read more
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called to check on my online order and they confirmed that the driver was on the way. 40 minutes later when the food had not arrived I called back. She got the address wrong and our order was not the way. I asked for a quick delivery or compensation. The manager refused and continues telling me it was my fault and it would be 40 minutes. Will NEVER order from them again.
