Decided to try the place out of location convenience also received coupon in a mailer today. Worst idea ever. First when ordering over the phone & said I had a coupon, the guy argued with me. When I walked in to pick up he was very friendly until he found out I was the coupon lady. Never asked if I wanted steamed or fried rice (btw fried rice was dried out) The lo mein that I ordered was not seasoned at all. I could have boiled spaghetti & it would have been better. Food was excellent!!! Big portions, very friendly staff.
Horrible customer service. Ordered a large delivery order and they messed it all up. Called to get order fixed and they refused to correct it. They also never once said they were sorry for the inconvience. The food that did come was over cooked and the won ton soup tasted like dish water. Would not recommend to anyone.
S u shipping meals have never disappointed me. Fresh cuts, great portions and delicious.
Food is ok, but menu is a bit pricey. Now they have resorted to charging for even the sauce to go along with the crab ragoons. Even worse, they hide it on the bill so you have no idea what you are paying for. Shady.
