Everything was fine. There was nothing, however, that really stood out (Cashew Chicken, Pepper Steak, and Garlic Chicken). Though I picked up, I did see a few parties dining in. The place was clean and I still would like to try some other items next time. I would still suggest Rong Cheng if someone was looking for a new place to try.
