Hands down, the best Chinese I've had in a long time.
We Love Shanghai! Hoa and Jerry have an ongoing joke about free lunch! Jerry asks "free lunch today" and Hoa answers "yesterday, Jerry." Going to Shanghai for Saturday lunch has been a Ripperger family tradition since the restaurant opened in 2002! Best Chinese Around!
My hubby is from Boston, and I'm from Chicago.....we had searched high and low trying to find the best Chinese here in Iowa. Happily we both agree that Shanghai is by FAR the best Chinese cuisine in Iowa, the food is phenomenal and always consistently delicious! The added plus is how attentive and courteous the staff treats you each and every visit. Thank you Shanghai for being the absolute best! :-)
