I called for a last minute appointment and Vivian answered the phone and let me know I was more than welcome to walk in. Once I arrived Vivian was there to welcome me in and knew I was the one to call immediately. She was extremely warm and welcome and helped me figure out exactly what was going to work best for what I wanted. I ended up getting a fill, gel and chrome. The woman doing my nails stated it would be $48 for my nails and my pedicure was $58. When I went to check out the woman told my the total was going to be $141!?! Like what? Of course I questioned it and they said my nails were gonna be $83 ALONE for just a fill and chrome? She called her manager and her manager proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I heard wrong and her pricing was based on other nail salons. Amazing nail salon! I called to schedule a last-minute appointment and they were able to fill me in. 10/10 customer service, the ladies here are very sweet and kind. Thank you to Cindy for the high-quality gel pedicure. 🫶
