The Chens definitely take care of their customers! Ordered take out tonight (rather than our usual buffet trip) due to social distancing. They give generous portions and great food! They also treated us to fried sugar donuts. Everytime we have went in person we have been treated as family and children are welcome! They enjoy families coming which is great as we have found as a young family with a young child that is not always accepted.

I love the Chen family, they have fed me well for the past 10 years!!! Their food is so yummy!Shanghai is my favorite Chinese restaurant. The Chen family is an honest hard-working Christian family and they have worked very hard for their citizenship. The Chen family is more American than some of the natives here in Bristol.
