disgusting! The food is never good. The service isn't good. And they're so nasty! The last time I went (and by last, I mean I will never go there again,) I saw a woman tell the waitress that her tea was sour, and the waitress took the tea that the woman had drank out of, and dump it into the tea pitcher. I've also seen them put food back on the buffet from dirty plates (biscuits, egg rolls, etc) It's just disgusting and I will never eat there again. Just went to shang hei been a customer since you opened you lost my business forever and am urging everyone I know who comes there to never go back. It's retarded to require a mask after so long after this covid started. So walk in with a mask just to take it off to eat? Tell me how this makes sense. Just because a governor said so and even the local police said it will not be enforced because it absolutely cannot be does not mean that you have to drive away your customers. So disappointed.
Food was disgusting, everything tasted old and recooked in old grease. When checking out they were rude and very unprofessional will never eat at this location again. Horrible experience❗️❗️❗️
