The man didn't show up when he said he would and never called. After continuing to wait several days they showed up and only topped the tree. The agreement was cut the tree completely down. He was paid the full price and said he would come back and make it right. He hasn't came back and hasn't called. When someone doesn't have the common decency to call and let me know what is going on I wouldn't recommend them for anything.
Shane is an amazing guy. He is very kind, very sociable, and hardworking. He takes care of buisness I will always reccomend him to be your tree service guy!
