Horrible. Used Uber Eats to order on Sunday. It’s obvious no one read my special instructions. They didn’t pack ANY BBQ sauce or our extras. I took one bite a literally couldn’t finish my food, it was that bad. Y’all are awful.

So, originally I gave this place five stars because despite the hit or miss service, the food is excellent. Today, however, the young lady at the front counter delivered one of the worst customer service performances in recent memory. She acted as if I was annoying her with my very presence. I won't go into details, but I literally will not return -- her demeanor was that atrocious. I've also had great service here, so again, hit or miss. I had them a few (3) times and I swear each time I get the ribs thinking the 1st time was just a bad time for them, but each time, they were burnt and taste burnt too. If I ever choose to go back I will not get the ribs. Everything else I tried was good. Oh and when I get the family meal the side really is not family portion.
Absolutely delicious!! We shall return very soon. 12 dollar sampler was superb!!
Great food good amount for the price but the wait time for food was over 45 minutes and they got mad at me for speaking up. Beside the manager and host it would have gotten more stars!!
