Nothing special. Staff was very courteous, but to call yourself a rib shack, um... i, like most, like my rib meat moist and tasty. Not dry and plain
Used to have great food and service. Wondering what’s happened over the past 6 months. Food takes FOREVER to prepare and today: BURNT burgers.

I want to give a shout-out to Dave and all the staff at Shane’s. We had a death in the family and needed to feed 25 people on short notice one evening. Dave worked with us in a sensitive and caring manner. The food was great and on time. The staff helped load everything in my car. Everyone was so pleasant! Dave expressed his condolences to our family on behalf of the Shane’s family, and even followed up a few days later to make sure all was good. convenient and friendly staff
Typically I would highly recommend this location,and we frequent it often. But today was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I called in an order for 2 shack potatoes. I was told it would take 15 - 20 minutes. I arrived at the 20 minute mark and my order was not ready. I waited another 15-20 minutes. While I waited, I noticed a sign that said Shack potato special $5. I had already paid $14.42 for my 2 potatoes. I have not eaten here in a while so I thought I would give it a try again. Today my husband and I had the chopped chicken plate with green beans, fried okra, coleslaw. We also had the peach cobbler. The food was really good. The peach cobbler was excellent! We will be back.
