I got a free sandwich of my choice and they gave me peach cobbler for dessert for my birthday. Very friendly and the staff even made acknowledgement that it was my birthday. Can't wait to go back. Food is always good at Shane's BBQ. Thank you very much.
Great food. We had the ribs and they were far better than average. Customer service was good.
I like Shane's the food and service is good at the other locations , but this location has unbearably slow service and is clearly understaffed. I will never come here again and recommend the same for anyone else considering it.
Horrible time here. The service was slow, the food was sub-par, and they ran out of sweet tea and Peach tea. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

The food was so good but they really need to work on their slow services. People were coming in after us and got their food way before us.
Every time we go there and no matter what we order, it is fantastic. Add that to the great service and I wonder why we don't eat there every day! Go, you will love it!!!
