Cafeteria food – I am a traditionalist when it comes to BBQ. Seasoned slow cooked meats. Home made sides. That kinda stuff. Shane's is a fast food attempt at BBQ. The ribs are par boiled then finished on a grill and smothered in sauce. The pork and beef tasted as if out of a can. Not good. Their sauce is a half hearted attempt. The sides had to be the biggest disappointment. Beans were Pork and Beans from a can. No kidding! The mac and cheese plain. As I said in the heading, your nearest school serves food of this quality.
