Great food. Great service
The food is always awesome! The pulled pork and ribs are probably my favorite, but anything put on my plate is always fantastic! We often have their BBQ catered to our office and it is great! Super friendly people and the organization as a whole is very community minded, which is appreciated!!! Highly recommend Shane's and it is very reasonably priced, so it is good for families!
Majorly disappointed. I ordered a shack potato. I specifically asked for jalapeños, extra sour cream and extra bbq sauce. I got no cheese sauce on my potato, no bbq sauce, no jalapeños, no butter. Just dry pulled pork with shredded cheese on an undercooked potato. �
Ribs we're overcooked and pulled pork was dry. Portion size was very small for the price. ☹️
My first time and it was alright. I had ribs, which were good. The mac n cheese wasnt anything to brag about. Customer service was awesome. I will be back.
