Chef could not even prepare menu item correctly and wanted to argue with the customer about it. Horrible customer service. Won't be back.

The food was amazing and I have been to this location several times and it's was so much better than any other time I had been here
Love the pulled pork on the Texas toast and peach cobbler
Compared to other area BBQ places, Shane's has variety in their menu. One day, it's the BBQ chicken, next it's the ribs, then it's the grilled chicken tenders. Food is always tasty and delicious and the staff here goes out of their way be friendly and helpful. You see the sincerity in their eyes that they want you to come back. I respect people who take pride in what they do!!! Shane's is our BBQ place of choice in Douglasville.
