Screwing up a take out order and then leaving the phone off the hook all evening so there is no way for me to even make contact other than the 20 min drive each way to try and sort it out. So... pretty terrible customer service in that regard. FIX YOUR PHONES, and PAY ATTENTION.

Great ribs and okra. Next to a gym too.
C- at best. The Brunswick Stew was so sweet it could have been desert, enough hot sauce made it some better. The pulled pork was greasy. The grilled chicken was okay but nothing to write home about. The Ribs were VERY fatty and the French Fries were over cooked and cold. The Texas Toast was good and so was the Diet Coke. There was nothing here to make me want to come back so there you have it.
I would recommend the food, but the restaurant is always too cold. 50° outside and raining. Customers coming in damp from the rain and the restaurant has the air-conditioning on... set to 64°. Kitchen staff may be warm but the customers are PAYING and shouldn't have to bundle up to eat
