We are here about a month ago. Me and my husband both got the tender plate with fries as the side. The fries were cold and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Our chicken fingers were raw in the middle. When I called back to complain I was told they would have the manger call. I still haven’t received that call.
RecommendedMe and my husband first time eating here and it was amazing. Recommend anyone what want a great meal to please give them a try.
the wait time that people get their food was ridiculous, waited over an hour before we got our food and then it was cold. one of the workers said it was because they had all new people in the back. still that was no excuse. they were more worried about getting a big call in order ready, that was still sitting there another hour and the order still hadnt been picked up by time we left.
we love the Shack Dog. We like it there.
OMG! The brunswick stew was so delicious! It tasted almost as good as mine! And the ribs are also great too!
Great food at an affordable price. Daily specials, Mon-Thurs
Best BBQ in town. Great sides and desserts as well.
