Extremely proficient and knowledgeable. This guy's really GOOD! I thought I knew a little about cars and fix most of the issues I have with my car. Had one problem with overheating that I couldn't figure out. Shane came out and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes so easily, I almost felt stupid. Had tire i limped for months . Just cuz i couldnt afford to fix or replacement.life just got in the way.went to discount tire often for free air sadly they knew me on sight. Just up and finally dies on me ( the tire) and stuck. For hours. My insurance going to charge me because i was over my yearly limit of calls $100 for call plus tire change and pay fees to tow truck..
