Extremely proficient and knowledgeable. This guy's really GOOD! I thought I knew a little about cars and fix most of the issues I have with my car. Had one problem with overheating that I couldn't figure out. Shane came out and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes so easily, I almost felt stupid. But he was genuinely friendly and never talked down to me. VERY professional attitude and he fixed the problem almost just as fast.
