Went in looking for a hat and received outstanding customer service. The associate gave me advice and helped me get the perfect hat in the perfect size. Highly recommend!
Shane's has a ton of country related items for sale, from horse tack and cowboy hats to t-shirts and belt buckles. We have looked around this store numerous times in the past and never bought much. (Only because neither of us dress real "country" and we don't have horses.) However, right before my son's fourth birthday, we stopped in to look for anything bull riding related. We're lucky to have a place like this anywhere near Charlottesville. Yes, I know this isn't Charlottesville, but I needed some REAL COWBOY GEAR. Not only is the store run by cowboys, but they'll teach you how to dress like a real one. I came in looking to get a legitimate hat, and I came out with not just the hat, but a pair of boots, a new belt, and perfume for the lady. Very nice place if you are looking for a saddle. New and Used. I bought one of the Shane’s handmade Flex saddles. Very nice and very comfortable. My friend that came with me bought a beautiful used saddle. We both were very happy! They keep in stock a lot of nice tack, boots western wear and Jewery. Warren, Shane’s father was very helpful and informative. A very nice gentleman. By far the best local tack shop in the Valley
