I highly recommend Shane's Floor Sanding and Refinishing. These guys really seem to love and take pride in their work and are not out to take advantage of anyone. Shane just finished sanding and refinishing my entire house of hardwood oak in pretty bad shape. The floors didn't look like they had any attention since installation in 1945!
