RecommendedMy boyfriend Eric Kyer and I where doing a road trip from Ohio down the east coast then up to the Smokey Mountains. Our trucks drive shaft fell out. We were unsure what to do when Eric called Shane and he sent a truck out to pick it up and he had it fixed in a day and a half. Wonderful service and he did not rake us over the coals for fixing it. After spending quite some time with the owner, you could truly hear the passion he has to do a great job for his customers.
I have taken my car back and forth to this shop due to me buying a car through DL Auto Sales ! They are very unprofessional, he has had my car three times for days at a time and still can’t get my check engine light to go off and stay off. I wouldn’t recommend you take your car here period ! 🙄
The staff is very friendly, they explain the problem an charge a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.
I went to shane's to my BMW back up and running. While every other shop in own gave rediculous quotes Shane was fair and honest. Not only that he was knowledgeable about German engine's and got it done in a timely manner. I won't take my car anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Thanks a million to Shane's automotive. prices are fair and at the most... they even stayed back past closing to assist with repairs for the vehicle. Thank you to Shane and staff for making some "passing-Byers" feel comfortable.... P.S. they order the best pizza in the world. 😁😎
