my upstairs carpet was in rough shape after my elderly dog had accidents all over. since my dog passed, i decided it was finally time to get the carpets cleaned before family came to visit. calvin and his helper wyatt came over and did a fantastic job getting out all the pet stains, dirt, and old grime from the carpet. they worked fast, were really polite, and explained everything clearly. my carpet looks so much cleaner now—almost like new. the price was very fair and i’m really happy with how everything turned out.
