Contacted Shane about issues with my van after what seemed like another shop was given me the run around and requested multiple things($3500) to be done without a guarantee that it would solve the issue. Took the vehicle to Shane and he hopped in and accompanied me on a test drive and told me flat out it needs a transmission. Explained why and made everything make sense as to why. Shane's Automotive is one of the last shops that have a customers worries about auto care nipped in the bud. It is without a doubt a true old school car care place that is the definition of a Mom and Pop business not some franchise or corporate business full of crap and excuses for shotty work.
