Great customer service, kind and knowledgeable mechanics, and I was treated with respect. They got me in last minute and really went all out to make sure i would be safe driving. I will absolutely be going here for all my car needs. Thanks again, guys!
Solid shop, they’re knowledgeable and don’t price gouge. Communication is always great, I’ve brought my jeep back a few times and they always do great work.
Let me just say I was in tears when I called Shane about my broken down truck. He was so kind and caring. He told me to bring it in and he’d have a look at it. He’s sincerely a genuine gentleman. Knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing mechanical assistance.
Shane has worked on almost every vehicle in our fleet, and he has always done us right. His repairs are quality, he communicates clearly, and he is upfront about timelines. Recently, we took one of our trucks in expecting a much bigger repair. Shane was honest enough to tell us we were wrong and that the actual repair would be much less expensive to fix. That kind of honesty speaks volumes. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust with a working fleet, but Shane has earned ours. Highly recommend Shane’s Auto.
Awesome as always.
