I saw Dr Singla for a detached retina. A procedure was performed & I'm on the mend. Dr's manner is lovely, she is very patient and kind and she explained all procedures ahead of time. I highly recommend!! Natalie (the opthalmic technician) did all preliminary testing and is wonderful & once again explained everything so well.
Five stars for Nurse Natalie at Shane Retina! After my eye surgery, she provided top-notch care by carefully removing my patch and cleaning the area. She followed all safety measures perfectly, keeping everything immaculate by constantly disinfecting and changing gloves. Explaining each step along the way made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. Thank you, Natalie and Shane Retina team!
Awesome experience! Coleen at front desk was so helpful! Staff that did my testing were very friendly and thorough. And Dr. Maria Costanos is the best!!! I went for a second opinion after sudden floaters and I will stay with Shane 😉
